The Opportunity
As a Room Attendant you will be responsible to clean guest rooms and to ensure it meets our exacting standards. You will ensure all your rooms are up to our standards before a guest walks in—and the reason they feel instantly at home.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to 5-star standards, including beds, bathrooms, and amenities.
- Conduct self-checks of your own rooms to ensure everything is spotless, stocked, and perfectly presented.
- Report maintenance issues, lost property, or unusual findings promptly.
- Replenish linen, towels, and guest supplies with care and consistency.
- Work efficiently and independently while maintaining a strong team spirit.

Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a room attendant in a hotel environment (luxury preferred).
- A sharp eye for cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort.
- Confidence in your work and taking ownership of quality.
- A positive attitude, strong time management, and physical stamina.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
