Key Responsibilities
ROOM & PUBLIC AREA CLEANLINESS
- Perform a flawless daily performance: make beds to perfection, polish bathrooms until they gleam, and ensure furnishings and amenities shine in the spotlight.
- Replenish every essential: toiletries, towels, stationery, and minibar.
- Keep lobbies, corridors, restrooms, lounges, and lifts in immaculate condition, offering guests a first impression of elegance and care.
- Keep an eagle eye for wear and tear; report issues swiftly to maintain our scene of perfection.

GUEST SERVICE & PROFESSIONALISM
- Respond to guest requests with promptness and courtesy, upholding five-star standards while ensuring privacy, dignity, and security.
- Stay in character with professionalism and discretion, following company procedures and lost-and-found protocols to ensure a flawless performance.
PRESENTATION & BRAND STANDARDS
- Prepare every room to five-star standards, from flawless set-up and amenities to those special finishing touches that make the scene unforgettable.
- Keep the production seamless behind the curtain: Report linen, inventory, or damaged items promptly, ensuring the show goes on.
- Maintain housekeeping trolleys and storage areas in excellent order, creating a backstage ready for smooth operations.
HEALTH, SAFETY & COMPLIANCE
- Keep the stage safe and sound: Complete all training, follow Health & Safety protocols, handle chemicals and equipment safely, know emergency procedures, and report hazards—so every performance runs without incident.

PRODUCT & LOCAL KNOWLEDGE
- Stage the guest experience: Know the ins and outs of hotel services and local attractions, offer helpful guidance, and direct queries to the right team when needed—keeping every act seamless.
Hours of Work
Approximately 20-30 hours per week worked over 5 days. Shifts are scheduled on a rota basis between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday.
