Room Attendant

About the Role At Soho House, as a Room Attendant, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and comfort of guest rooms, suites, and common areas. With an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, you’ll ensure each space meets the club’s high standards, contributing to an exceptional member and guest experience.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

As a Room Attendant, you will:

  • Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and common areas to club standards
  • Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed, ensuring consistency and presentation
  • Check rooms for maintenance issues and report any faults or damages promptly
  • Ensure guest belongings are handled with care and confidentiality
  • Maintain cleaning carts, equipment, and storage areas in order and readiness
  • Support laundry services, including sorting, folding, and transporting items
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper use of chemicals and PPE
  • Communicate guest requests, room status updates, or incidents to the Housekeeping Supervisor
  • Assist with turndown services or special requests when required
  • Keep hallways, stairwells, and service areas clean and clutter-free

What We’re Looking for

A successful Room Attendant at Soho House will ideally have:

  • Up to 2 years of experience in a high-profile venue (housekeeping or room attendant roles preferred)
  • A natural flair for first-class service
  • Reliability, friendliness, and a strong team mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanliness
  • Efficiency and independent time management
  • A professional appearance and respectful, positive attitude
  • Basic spoken English skills to follow verbal and written instructions
