About the Role At Soho House, as a Room Attendant, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and comfort of guest rooms, suites, and common areas. With an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, you’ll ensure each space meets the club’s high standards, contributing to an exceptional member and guest experience.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
As a Room Attendant, you will:
- Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and common areas to club standards
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed, ensuring consistency and presentation
- Check rooms for maintenance issues and report any faults or damages promptly
- Ensure guest belongings are handled with care and confidentiality
- Maintain cleaning carts, equipment, and storage areas in order and readiness
- Support laundry services, including sorting, folding, and transporting items
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper use of chemicals and PPE
- Communicate guest requests, room status updates, or incidents to the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Assist with turndown services or special requests when required
- Keep hallways, stairwells, and service areas clean and clutter-free

What We’re Looking for
A successful Room Attendant at Soho House will ideally have:
- Up to 2 years of experience in a high-profile venue (housekeeping or room attendant roles preferred)
- A natural flair for first-class service
- Reliability, friendliness, and a strong team mindset
- Strong attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanliness
- Efficiency and independent time management
- A professional appearance and respectful, positive attitude
- Basic spoken English skills to follow verbal and written instructions

Salary: £15–£15 GBP (note: pay range may vary by location)
