Room Attendant - Zero Hours
Room Attendant – Zero Hours Location: Eastwood Hall, Nottingham Wage: £12.71 + excellent benefits including healthcare, wellbeing support, life assurance, meals on duty
About the Role
As a Room Attendant at Eastwood Hall, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort throughout our hotel’s bedrooms and assigned public areas.
This role is vital in ensuring every guest experiences a welcoming, maintained space that meets the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all guest bedrooms and assigned public areas
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail when servicing rooms, replenishing amenities, and following brand standards
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team and wider hotel staff to meet daily room targets efficiently
- Support operational planning by prioritising room allocations and adapting to changing occupancy levels
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene procedures, including reporting maintenance issues promptly
- Contribute to a positive guest experience through professional conduct and courteous responses
- Protect guest privacy and security by following strict company policies
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or a customer-facing environment (beneficial but not essential)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work across departments
- A passion for guest experience and service excellence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, precise environment with impeccable attention to detail
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks, including repetitive duties and maintenance
- Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and varying hours
- Understanding of health and safety standards in hospitality
- Right to work in the UK
