  • Caring for, supporting, and inspiring young children

Located in Muswell Hill, our modern purpose-built facility caters to children aged 3 months to 5 years in a:

Key Responsibilities

Managing a vibrant playroom, this role involves:

  • Maintaining high nursery standards ( عشرت rund the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements)
  • Supervising staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assigning keycarer responsibilities to children
  • Communicating effectively with parents (progress reports & consultations)
  • Networking within the community (promotion & outreach)
  • Ensuring positive relationships among staff & families
  • Safeguarding & risk management adherence

Requirements

  • Experience in early years education/social care (preferred)
  • DBS enhanced check required
  • Commitment to inclusivity and Safeguarding policies
  • Proficiency with EYFS framework
  • Strong team player with leadership & communication skills
