About the Role: Room Leader
Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Exeter is seeking a caring, and enthusiastic Room Leader to join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting, and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity, and helping them thrive daily.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
- Supervise and support playroom staff with day-to-day duties
- Ensure effective EYFS implementation and staff deployment to meet room requirements
- Allocate children to key carers as per nursery procedures
- Provide professional feedback to parents/carers
- Market the nursery to current and potential families
- Develop strong staff and parent relationships
