Room Leader – Kiddi Caru Day Nursery (Walnut Tree)
Location: Walnut Tree, near M1/A5, 5 mins from Kingston and 10 mins from Bletchley

About the Role
Salary: £27,456 – £29,552 (subject to experience, qualifications, and regular pay reviews)
Type: Full-time, permanent position
As a enthusiastic and caring Room Leader, you’ll take charge of a nursery room at our modern, welcoming child-focused day care. You’ll help children flourish by fostering curiosity, creativity, and nurturing growth in our play-rich environment. You will also ensure that professional standards are upheld across your team and that the nursery fully meets Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements.
Your Responsibilities Include
-Promoting high-quality care within the nursery while leading a team of playroom staff
-Managing deployment for staff to maintain consistent delivery of excellent standards
-Ensuring the effective implementation of keycarer procedures for proper child allocation
-Maintaining alignment with EYFS guidelines and updating practice accordingly
-Providing professional feedback to parents/carers -Acting as a brand ambassador by positively promoting the nursery and engaging with families
