About MiChild at Little Thornton Nursery
MiChild at Little Thornton in Lancashire cares for children aged from three months to five years old. Trained, passionate staff give children the chance to thrive and develop at their own pace. Nutritious meals are provided to nurture healthy bodies and minds.

What We’re Looking For:
- Has a strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
- Demonstrates robust safeguarding knowledge and awareness
- Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)*
- Experience of leading a team/room (desirable), would consider an experienced early years practitioner who is looking to progress
Please note this role is a full time role for 40 hours per week
Shift Patterns:
This role operates on a rotating weekly shift schedule to ensure coverage and flexibility. You will alternate between early and late shifts on a week-by-week basis.
- Early Shift: 7.30am -4.30pm
- Middle Shift: 8.00am- 5.00pm or 8.30am- 5.30pm
- Late Shift: 9.00am-6.00pm
