Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Shifts between 8am–6pm, with at least one half day per week)
Contract: Permanent, All Year Round

Marylebone Services is proud to recruit on behalf of a wonderful nursery setting in Wembley. We are seeking two passionate early years educators to fill permanent, full-time vacancies: a Toddler Room Leader (Room-Based) and a Nursery Practitioner.

Role 1: Toddler Room Leader
Salary Range: up to £29000/year DOE
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a classroom team to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations. Delegate tasks effectively while acting as a positive role model. Deputise for the management team when required. Observe, assess, and plan for individual child development using a designated nursery app. Maintain paperwork in strict accordance with EYFS and Ofsted standards.
Requirements
Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or a Montessori Diploma (Essential). Experience: 1+ years of experience leading a room within a nursery setting in the UK. Skills: Extensive EYFS knowledge, good ICT abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Role 2: Nursery Practitioner
Salary Range: up to £28000/year DOE

Key Responsibilities
Manage a designated group of key children, tracking and monitoring their progress. Create engaging, creative learning experiences to extend children's development. Build strong, professional partnerships with parents and carers. Utilise the nursery app for tracking (Full training provided).
Requirements
Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or a Montessori Diploma (Essential). Experience: 1 year of previous experience working in an early years nursery setting in the UK. Skills: Strong understanding of safeguarding, EYFS guidelines, and fluent English. Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK at the time of the application.
