About the Role
Join the friendly team at Chiswick House Day Nursery, part of Grandir UK, and take on a critical role as a Room Leader (Toddlers Room). You’ll be responsible for caring for, supporting, and inspiring our young learners while helping them thrive every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote high standards of quality in nursery care & education
- Supervise and support room staff in day-to-day duties
- Allocate staff/children effectively while ensuring EYFS compliance
- Implement keycarer procedures
- Provide parent/carer communication and feedback
- Represent the nursery to current families & new potential customers
- Build positive staff & parent relationships
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS check required (due to safeguarding duties)
- Experience in working with toddlers highly desirable
- Commitment to HighScope, Reggio Emilia & outdoor play approaches
- Willingness to demonstrate care, enthusiasm, and teamwork
