Room Leader Vacancy – Kiddi Caru Day Nursery, Walnut Tree

Part of Grandir UK

Salary £27,456 to £29,552 (depending on experience and qualifications, with regular pay reviews)

About the Role

Join a supportive, child-focused nursery offering strong benefits, flexible working and genuine career progression. Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Walnut Tree is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Room Leader to play a key role in nurturing and inspiring children, fostering curiosity and helping them thrive daily.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote high standards of quality and care within the nursery
  • Support and supervise playroom staff in their daily duties, ensuring consistent standards
  • Efficiently deploy staff to meet nursery room requirements
  • Maintain and implement keycarer procedures, allocating children appropriately
  • Ensure alignment with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) regulations
  • Provide professional feedback to parents/carers about their child’s progress
  • Actively promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
  • Foster positive working relationships with staff and parents/carers
