Treehouse Nursery School in East London is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for passionate and skilled Room Manager. As a UNICEF rights respecting nursery committed to fostering personal, emotional and social growth, we’re seeking a professional who shares our vision to join our team.

About the Role
As the Room Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3–4 educators and ensuring the highest standards of care and education are consistently delivered. You will play a key role in shaping children's early experiences and creating a nurturing and purposeful learning environment.
As part of our Outstanding nursery, you will:
- Lead your team in planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate activities linked to the EYFS and our sequenced curriculum, supporting each child’s holistic development.
- Embed the rights-respecting approach in everyday practice, promoting kindness, empathy and respect among children and staff.
- Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment in collaboration with your team.
- Take an active role in professional development and support a culture of continuous improvement across the setting.

Who We’re Looking For?
We are looking for a Level 3 and above qualified Room Manager with:
- Experience in implementing an Outstanding EYFS Curriculum.
- A commitment to promoting the rights and voices of children.
- Creativity, empathy, and a passion for fostering curiosity and independence.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Bring energy, creativity, and a passion for nurturing young minds.
