Role: Room Service/ Bell Room Attendant at The Imperial - New Opening Hotel

Location: Bloomsbury, London

40 Hours

About Us

Imperial London Hotels is a family run company with a 187-year legacy, dedicated to putting authentic London experiences within everyone’s reach.

This summer, we open the doors to our fully re-imagined hotel, The Imperial – a new lifestyle offering within our portfolio. With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, a workout studio, and destination rooftop bar, this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.

About The Role

We’re looking for a warm, reliable and guest‑obsessed Room Service / Bell Room Attendant to deliver exceptional in‑room dining and front‑of‑house support. You’ll be one of the first faces guests meet — and one of the last they remember.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver room service orders promptly, presenting trays and trolleys with care and precision
  • Assist with guest arrivals and departures, handling luggage confidently and safely
  • Keep the bell room and service areas organised, clean and ready for the next arrival
  • Respond swiftly to guest requests — from amenities to guidance — ensuring each interaction feels thoughtful and personal
  • Support the setup and breakdown of in‑room dining equipment
  • Maintain hygiene, safety and brand standards across guest‑facing and back‑of‑house areas
  • Protect guest property with care, discretion and full compliance with security procedures
  • Provide clear, friendly guidance — whether helping guests navigate the hotel or offering local recommendations
  • Assist with taxis, transfers and special requests
  • Support colleagues across Front of House and F&B, especially during peak times
  • Report maintenance issues promptly and participate in team briefings to help refine service flow
  • Contribute ideas that enhance efficiency, service quality and the overall guest experience

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
