Firmdale Hotels is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Room Service Head Waiter to join our vibrant team at the Ham Yard Hotel, one of our most prestigious properties located in the heart of London's Soho.

As a Room Service Head Waiter, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our guests receive top-tier service in the comfort of their rooms.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily room service operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure all room service areas meet our exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation.
- Work closely with other departments to guarantee smooth operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Address guest enquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly, aiming for swift resolution and high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies that exceed guest expectations.
- Uphold company policies, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards through regular inspections and audits
- Act as a representative of Firmdale Hotels, embodying our values and promoting our brand and services.
What you Need:
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- A genuine passion for food and a keen eye for detail, ensuring every dish is served to perfection.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, demonstrating your ability to excel in a dynamic setting.
- Dedication to providing outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to exceed guests' expectations.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, essential for effective teamwork and guest satisfaction.
