We are seeking an enthusiastic Room Service Waiter to join our highly successful team at The Soho Hotel, one of our most iconic and dynamic properties located in the heart of London.

As a Room Service Waiter at The Soho Hotel, your primary role will be to ensure our guests receive impeccable service during their stay.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking and delivering guest orders with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Making personalised recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Ensuring all room service requests are fulfilled promptly and effectively.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised service area.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen and other hotel team members to provide seamless service.
  • Handling guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Upholding the highest standards of customer service and hospitality.
