The Hotel

The hotel located in the heart of Westminster, as well as 256 beautifully appointed bedrooms our outlets within the hotel offer its teams the opportunity to join exciting food and drink concepts, with the standards and luxury service Conrad is famous for.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Preparing orders
  • Setting tables and trays according to type of food ordered and the hotel's service standards
  • Delivering items to guest rooms in an attentive and efficient manner
  • Ensuring excellent quality service as per the Hotel Standard operating procedure
  • Recording order details in an electronic system or writing them on a receipt
  • Collecting payment for room service orders from guests upon delivery of food and beverages
  • Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages
  • Cleaning and removing the trolleys/trays from guest rooms and corridor

  • Previous experience in a similar role
