Room Service (In-Room Dining) Waiter/Waitress
Contract: 20 hours per week Location: Park Plaza Waterloo London Hotel
At Park Plaza, exceptional service, delicious food, and premium drinks are equally vital to the hotel experience as a great night’s sleep. Your skills in delivering high-quality in-room dining are essential in ensuring our guests have a unforgettable stay.
As the welcoming face of the 494 guest bedrooms, including 6 meeting and event spaces and the Florentine Restaurant & Bar, you will serve as the friendly ambassador of this stylish London hotel, ideally positioned south of Westminster Bridge with stunning city views.
The Role
As the Room Service Waiter/Waitress, you will set the standard for our team by providing exceptional, personalised care to guests—ensuring they leave with a lasting impression of our guest services.

- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly, efficiently, and with courtesy
- Verify order accuracy to uphold the hotel’s high standards of quality
- Respond to guest requests with dedication, ensuring complete satisfaction

Experience Requirement: Previous experience as a Room Service Waiter/Waitress is preferred.
What You Will Receive
Competitive Remuneration
- Base Pay: £13.54 per hour (including service charge for accurate accuracy (£15.50 hr total inclusive))
