About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Rooms Division Manager to join our thriving team at DoubleTree by Hilton London Angel Kings Cross. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and deliver exceptional customer service, this is an exciting opportunity to make your mark.


The Person – Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Rooms Division Manager, Front Office Manager, or senior hotel operations role
  • Strong leadership; ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams across departments
  • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • A passion for excellent customer service
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required

Key Duties

The successful candidate will:

  • Recruit, train, and manage the Front Office, Porterage, Reservations, and Housekeeping departments
  • Lead and support department heads to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor occupancy levels and support hotel performance through upselling opportunities
  • Manage departmental budgets and drive operational efficiencies
  • Enforce health & safety, fire safety, and cleanliness standards across all guest areas
