The Person – Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Rooms Division Manager, Front Office Manager, or senior hotel operations role
- Strong leadership; ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams across departments
- Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- A passion for excellent customer service
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required

Key Duties
The successful candidate will:
- Recruit, train, and manage the Front Office, Porterage, Reservations, and Housekeeping departments
- Lead and support department heads to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Monitor occupancy levels and support hotel performance through upselling opportunities
- Manage departmental budgets and drive operational efficiencies
- Enforce health & safety, fire safety, and cleanliness standards across all guest areas
