Hiring: Full-Time Rota Nanny – London
A high-profile family is seeking a kind, professional, and experienced Rota Nanny to support their delightful 2-year-old daughter.
The role:
- 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota
- Working alongside an experienced Norland Nanny
- Frequent travel to the US
- Competitive salary (dependent on experience)
We're looking for an exceptional nanny with early years training (Norland or equivalent preferred), a genuine passion for child development and educational learning, and proven experience caring for toddlers in private households.

Qualifications
- Strong childcare and early years skills, including experience caring for children across different age groups and supporting their developmental milestones.
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging educational, creative, and play-based activities that encourage learning, curiosity, and independence.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle routines, schedules, and rota patterns effectively.
- Clear, respectful communication skills for working closely with parents, other household staff, and children.
- Proven ability to maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment, with a strong focus on safeguarding and child wellbeing.
- Demonstrated flexibility, reliability, and discretion, with the capacity to adapt to each family’s preferences and household culture.
- Relevant childcare qualifications (e.g., Early Years, childcare diploma, or equivalent) and up-to-date pediatric first aid certification are highly desirable.
- Enhanced background check suitability and prior experience in private households or nanny roles, ideally including rota or shared care arrangements.
