• Proven ability to maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment, with a strong focus on safeguarding and child wellbeing.
• Demonstrated flexibility, reliability, and discretion, with the capacity to adapt to each family’s preferences and household culture.
• Relevant childcare qualifications (e.g., Early Years, childcare diploma, or equivalent) and up-to-date pediatric first aid certification are highly desirable.
• Enhanced background check suitability and prior experience in private households or nanny roles, ideally including rota or shared care arrangements.
