Job Title: Adult Mental Health Service Manager

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Adult Mental Health Service Manager to lead and support high-quality services for adults with mental health needs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated NHS team within Rotherham Care Group, working collaboratively with clinical, operational and partner organisations to deliver safe, effective and person-centred care.

You will provide visible leadership, support service development and improvement, manage performance and quality, and ensure staff are empowered to deliver excellent outcomes for service users and carers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience of managing services or teams within health or social care, and a commitment to continuous improvement, partnership working and compassionate leadership.

  • Ensuring the day-to-day delivery of designated clinical services and ensuring that those teams are performing in terms of patient outcomes, metrics, measures and targets.
