This is an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic Resettlement Officer to join our Rough Sleeping team.
The Role
You will provide essential support to individuals experiencing homelessness, with a focus on:
- Those who are rough sleeping
- Hospital discharges
- Ex-offenders
- Vulnerable complex customers
Your primary objective is to help them access the fastest route off the streets. You will also participate in Outreach sessions (early morning hours, 5 am – 9 am), targeting individuals sleeping rough and guiding them toward available services.

What We Are Looking For
- Preference for relevant experience in outreach work or related fields.
- Demonstrable experience supporting individuals with complex needs related to homelessness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and empathy.
- Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in software and data management systems related to the role.
- Fluency in languages other than English is a strong advantage.
- Commitment to confidentiality and data protection compliance.
