We have an exciting opportunity for a Rough Sleeping Resettlement Officer to join us!
This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of £34,962 – £38,791 per annum.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Resettlement Officer to join our Rough Sleeping team.
The Role
You will be responsible for providing essential support to individuals experiencing homelessness, with a particular focus on those who are rough sleeping, hospital discharges, ex-offenders, and vulnerable complex customers.

Your primary objective will be to help them access the fastest route off the streets. In addition, you will be required to join Outreach sessions, during early morning (5-9 am) to target those sleeping rough and support them to engage with available services.
The successful candidate will be a proactive individual who has the ability to promote an innovative approach to problem solving and can provide high quality support and guidance to a multi-disciplinary team.

What We Are Looking For
- Relevant experience in outreach work or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in providing support to individuals experiencing homelessness with complex needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and empathy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and data management systems.
- Fluency in languages other than English is a plus.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of client confidentiality and data protection.
