Route to Market Lead – Convenience & Wholesale
High-Growth Challenger Consumer Brand & B Corp
UK Remote - bi weekly London HQ travel
Up to £70,000 + Bonus + Equity and package
We're partnering with one of the UK's most exciting B Corp challenger consumer brands as they continue an exceptional growth journey.
Having established a significant presence within grocery and direct-to-consumer, the business is now investing in a dedicated commercial leader to build its Out of Home, Convenience and Wholesale channel from the ground up (nearly!).
If you're energised by opening doors, creating new routes to market and building something from scratch, this could be one of the most exciting commercial opportunities you'll see this year.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly into the commercial leadership team, you'll take ownership of an almost entirely new route to market.
- Define the strategy
- Prioritise opportunities
- Build long-term partnerships across convenience, wholesale and alternative retail channels
This isn't about maintaining an existing customer base.
It's about identifying white space, winning new business and creating a scalable commercial channel capable of becoming a major contributor to future growth. They have already unlocked CoOp, Bestway and Booker with so much more to come.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
