OVERVIEW
CAA Brand Management is currently seeking a Royalty Analyst to assist the commercial finance team in the royalty reporting process.
Main Responsibilities
- Collect royalty reports and sales projections from licensees.
- Analyse reports for compliance to contractual obligations.
- Calculate royalties and ensure complete, accurate, and timely payment, including calculating commissions earned and liability to licensor.
- Maintain internal sales & royalty databases.
- Process accounts receivable and follow up on past due accounts.
- Track and account for withholding tax.
- Support Finance Team with client budgeting and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree with a business background preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of post-university and/or professional work experience.
- Superb organisation and time management skills, with an exceptional eye for attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate well with a broad spectrum of international and domestic clients.
- Accounting/AP/AR experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, special emphasis on Excel.
- Experience in the consumer product licensing industry is a plus, but not required.
- Royalty Accounting experience and/or familiarity with royalty software preferred, but not required.
- Self-motivated team player and able to prioritise and multi-task.
