Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence within the assigned region.

You will

  • Grow and promote the sales of our Diesel Generator range, Energy Storage, light tower, EV charging and Solar ranges in the UK Region.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share with the full portfolio of products, including the advocacy of Integrated Solutions in Power Technique such as our strength in pumps, compressors, aftermarket service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers. Resolve/facilitate customer complaints and associated product problems.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Provide sales support, making price offers and quotations to the sales operation and customers.
  • Liaise with all members of the sales team with regards to leads and enquiries to ensure best chance of success and utilize all team members' strengths.
  • Ensure that all work is undertaken following company procedures and as required with ISO9001:2008 and environmental management systems.

To succeed, you will need

  • Minimum 3-5 years Experience in selling Power Generation and Battery Storage or associate products.
  • Good standard of knowledge in mobile ‘power’ applications.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • You are enthusiastic and passionate, but you still work systematically and are focusing on delivering quality and results.
  • Have a good level of PC knowledge including Microsoft 365 applications.
  • You are a collaborator and prosper when working in teams. You have your customers' perspective in focus and you know how to engage them in your ideas.
  • You are fluent in English, as this is our internal language.
  • Good standard of presentation skills.
  • Tolerant, curious, determined, motivated and able to work in a tenacious and Agile work culture.
