Pest Control Technician
Location: Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Surrounding Areas
Salary: From £31,000 per annum + benefits

The Role
As a Pest Control Technician, you'll manage a portfolio of commercial customers across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and surrounding areas, delivering professional pest management services to some of the UK's most demanding environments.

- Carry out planned inspections
- Identify risks
- Implement effective pest control solutions
- Provide expert advice that helps customers maintain the highest levels of compliance and food safety
Most importantly, you'll have the time, equipment, and technical support needed to do the job properly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver scheduled pest control inspections and treatments across commercial sites
- Monitor pest activity and implement effective long-term control strategies
- Produce detailed digital service reports and technical recommendations
- Build trusted relationships with customers through exceptional service
- Work closely with our Technical Officers, Field Biologists, and Area Managers to resolve complex pest issues
- Maintain the highest standards of health & safety, compliance, and professionalism
- Support customers operating within highly regulated food manufacturing environments

What We're Looking For
- Minimum one year's pest control experience
- RSPH Level 2 Award/Certificate (or BPCA equivalent) in Pest Management
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- A professional, self-motivated approach to your work
