About the Role

As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes and driving continuous improvement across production. You will establish standards, support operational teams, and ensure consistent application of Global Manufacturing Excellence principles.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will analyze production data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that enhance performance, quality, and safety. This role offers strong development potential, particularly for early-career engineers eager to build expertise in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

  • Process Improvement: Monitor and optimize production processes using Statistical Process Control methodologies to improve efficiency and performance
  • Standardization: Define, implement, and maintain process settings and standards such as centerlining and CIL practices
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead root cause analysis and standardization initiatives to sustainably enhance production outcomes
  • Technical Expertise: Conduct technical gap analyses and act as the process and technology expert within your area
  • Data Analysis: Translate production data into actionable insights, priorities, and improvement plans for teams
  • Team Development: Train and coach production teams to ensure adherence to standards, procedures, and best practices
  • Project Support: Contribute to product/material development and project implementation using Design for Six Sigma methodologies

  • Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Early experience in a manufacturing or production environment, or strong potential demonstrated through academic or practical projects
  • Strong analytical and technical understanding of machinery, processes, and data analysis
  • Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and lead improvement discussions
