Pilgrim’s Europe is a leading food manufacturer, and we are currently looking for RTE Oven Operative to join our dedicated team in Grantham. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive workplace with great opportunities for development.
RTE Oven Operative Key Responsibilities
- Weight checks and temperature checks of raw product ready for processing.
- Accurate documentation is essential at all times, as the role is a CCP (Critical Control Point) for food safety.
- Ability to work unsupervised in a fast paced environment.
- Set up, monitoring and day to day running of an industrial oven.
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy required.

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday - 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 alternating
Salary: Starts from £30,056 per year, £578 per week
Location: Gonerby Rd, Grantham NG31 8HX
