Ruby on Rails Developer

Location & Requirements
- Based: UK only
- Work Rights: Must have full right to work in the UK
Job Titles & Salary
Senior Engineers (2 x roles)
- Salary: £90,000 – £100,000
- Structure:
- 1 x Individual Contributor (IC)
- 1 x Technical Lead (training provided)
Mid-Level Engineers (3 x roles)
- Salary: £70,000 – £80,000
Remote & Office Policy
- Hybrid Work: 1 office visit per month (Soho, London)
- Flexibility: Non-expressive arrangement
Technical Stack & Skills
Primary Tech Focus
- Backend: 80% Ruby on Rails
- Frontend: 20% JavaScript, VueJS (any frontend library acceptable)
- Cloud: AWS experience required
- Emerging Trend: Eager to embrace agentic tools

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Passionate about proactively learning and adapting to new tooling/technologies
- Strong background in Ruby on Rails with experience in maintaining/scaling systems
- Comfortable in JavaScript (Node.js, frameworks) where frontend support is needed
- Hands-on with AWS.
