**Runner – The Chancery Rosewood, Mayfair

The Chancery Rosewood, a reimagined luxury destination in Mayfair housed in the former U.S. Embassy and designed by Sir David Chipperfield, blends 144 suites by Joseph Dirand with curated dining and bar experiences. As a Runner, you’ll be central to our Relationship Hospitality ethos—anticipating needs, creating memorable moments, and delivering seamless service where every interaction matters.

This isn’t just about moving plates—it’s about refining experiences, reading the room, and ensuring each guest feels valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver food and beverage with precision, timing and presentation perfection, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Engage with driven professionalism, guiding guests confidently while conveying cultural details of dishes.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to maintain fluid, high-quality service.
  • Proactively support table maintenance, clearing/resetting efficiently, and anticipating guest needs.
  • Uphold immaculate cleanliness—mise en place, workspaces, and servicebereiche—at all times.
  • Handle service challenges with poise, escalating concerns若 necessary to preserve ** Exceptional guest experiences**.
