Runner
Location: Mill Hill, NW7
This role is based full-time in our London studio (Monday–Friday)
‘Studio B’ are looking for a budding, enthusiastic Runner to join our team in London!
Studio B is a fast-growing Creative Studio with a global audience of 25 million+ followers. We create high-impact digital content for some of the world’s biggest brands, blending social-first storytelling, production craft, and VFX to make work that performs across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and beyond.
We're looking for someone with previous experience in a creative agency, studio or production company who can hit the ground running from day one. You'll be proactive, organised and comfortable working autonomously, bringing structure to a busy, fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
As a Runner at Studio B, you'll work across every department, supporting Producers, the Art Department, studio operations and shoot crews. No two days are the same, giving you the opportunity to build a broad skill set, gain hands-on experience across the business and discover the area of production you want to develop your career in.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving problems, pays close attention to detail and is committed to building a long-term career in the creative industry. As Studio B continues to grow, so will the opportunities to develop alongside us.
For this role, you must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle in order to complete errands outside of the office. Previous runner and on-set experience are required.
What You’ll Do
Studio & Office Operations
- Taking ownership of the day-to-day organisation and presentation of the studio, office and shared spaces.
- Assisting tech and art departments to ensure equipment, props and kit are ready for upcoming shoots.
- Managing stock levels and ordering office and studio supplies.
- Helping create an organised, efficient environment where the team can do their best work.
Production Support
- Supporting Producers with project administration, logistics and shoot preparation.
- Assisting with call sheets, schedules, production paperwork and general coordination.
- Completing collections, deliveries and production runs when required.
- Logging of expenses, receipts and production purchases accurately.
On Set & Art Department
- Assisting with set builds, dressing and strike-down.
- Supporting the Art Department with props, sourcing, organisation and preparation.
- Being a dependable extra pair of hands on shoot days, adapting to whatever the production requires.
- Supporting crew, talent and clients throughout filming.

- Become confident managing studio operations and supporting Producers across live projects.
- Demonstrated initiative by spotting opportunities to help before being asked.
- Built a reputation for being organised, dependable and solutions-focused.
- Contributed positively to shoots, the Art Department and the wider running of the studio.
- Shown the professionalism, communication and attention to detail expected in a fast-growing production company.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Runner within a creative agency, production company or studio.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Access to your own reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational, administrative and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and prioritise effectively.
- Comfortable working in a physically active role, including lifting equipment and supporting set builds.
- Flexible to support occasional early starts, late finishes and changing production schedules.
