About the Role
As a Food and Drinks Runner at Big Mamma, you’ll support the floor team by delivering a smooth, energetic, and friendly service to every guest.
You will:
- Run food and drinks, and serve wine, desserts, and pasta directly to our guests
- Open and close the floor, polish cutlery, and fold napkins
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and health & safety standards across the floor
- Support your colleagues during service with a positive and proactive attitude
- Create memorable moments for guests with a warm, friendly, and professional approach

About You
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Passion for Italian food and excellent customer service
- High energy, proactive attitude, and team spirit
- Previous experience in hospitality
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
What We Offer
- Permanent, full-time position
- £15.71 per hour (inclusive of tronc)
- 5-day working week with 2 days off
