Rural Chartered Surveyor - North West England
Location: Preston
Contract Type: Permanent
Our client, a growing real estate company specialising in buying and selling land properties, is seeking an RICS/CAAV qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor to cover the North West of England. If you have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience and are looking for a fast-paced, rewarding role, this opportunity could be perfect for you.
Position Overview
As a Rural Chartered Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional results across various aspects of land agency, including residential, rural, commercial, and agricultural sectors. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, ranging from planning and grants to agency, valuation, and estate management.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on land agency matters
- Conduct valuations and assessments of land properties
- Manage estate planning and development projects
- Assist clients in navigating grants and funding opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients
Requirements
- RICS/CAAV qualification with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of land agency across residential, rural, commercial, and agricultural sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
