The Opportunity:
This exciting new role will manage the scientific development, design, and delivery of a portfolio of research projects in the internationally recognised Research to Understand Stroke due to Haemorrhage (RUSH) programme (www.RUSH.ed.ac.uk [http://www.RUSH.ed.ac.uk]). RUSH is dedicated to improving the outcome for adults who have diseases that may cause, or have caused, stroke due to brain haemorrhage. The post is initially funded with pump-priming from donations to the RUSH programme, during which time the intention is for the post to become self-sustaining by securing new grant or philanthropic funding.
This post is full-time; however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.
