About the Role
A welcoming secondary school is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Russell Group Graduate to join their support team from September. This is an excellent opportunity for a Russell Group Graduate looking to work with students aged 11–16 while exploring a future career in teaching, educational psychology, or wider education.
As a Russell Group Graduate, you will support students both inside and outside the classroom, providing academic and pastoral support to help them achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will work closely with pupils with additional learning needs, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and SEMH needs, helping them to access learning and build confidence.
