Russell Group Graduate - What The Role Involves
- Supporting classroom teachers across a range of subjects to deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Working with small groups and individual pupils to provide targeted academic support and intervention
- Contributing to the school's wider enrichment programme including university preparation and academic extension activities
- Tracking pupil progress and feeding back regularly to class teachers and subject leads
- Building positive, motivating relationships with pupils and staff throughout the academic year
Russell Group Graduate - What the School is Looking For
The ideal candidate will hold a 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a Russell Group or similarly high-ranking UK university - this is an essential requirement for this role. Previous child-centred experience in a UK educational setting is desirable but not essential. The school is seeking a bright, proactive, and intellectually curious Russell Group Graduate with excellent communication skills and a clear ambition to pursue a career in teaching.

Russell Group Graduate - Salary and Contract Info
- £450 to £530 per week, pro rata to term time only
- Full-time, long-term contract from September 2026 to July 2027
- Term-time only
- Potential for extended contracts or teacher training pathways following a successful placement
