The Role
An exciting, newly created opportunity as a Highway Maintenance Operative has arisen with Thomas Bow Limited who are a leading company within the Civil Engineering, Highways and Surfacing industry. The company has an extensive track record of successful operation in the UK and this is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a small team carrying out a variety of roles. Flexibility is required to meet the demands of the role, and standby and reactive work outside of working hours.

Responsibilities
- Operating small tools and mobile plant.
- General labouring and housekeeping duties.
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s policies including Health & Safety.
- Ensure compliance with our procedures, business strategy and clearance levels.
- Observe and comply with all good working practices.
- Participate in winter activities such as minor salting of footways to ensure pedestrian safety during colder months.

The Candidate Will Have

- previous experience of working in a similar environment
