At Ecovets, we’re building a different kind of veterinary practice: calm, thoughtful, independent, and focused on doing things properly.
We’re looking for a an RVN to become the clinical anchor of our nursing team — someone confident, kind and organised, who takes pride in excellent patient care and wants their voice to matter.
This is a hands-on nursing role with real leadership. You’ll work closely with our vets, VCAs and client care team across consults, theatre, prep, diagnostics and patient care, helping the day run smoothly and raising standards as we grow.

The role
You’ll be involved in:
- Anaesthesia monitoring and patient safety
- Surgical prep, theatre and in-patient care
- Nurse clinics and preventative healthcare
- Supporting diagnostics and procedures
- Mentoring VCAs and supporting team development
- Keeping clinical standards high and the day organised
- Building trusted relationships with clients
- Work alongside two vets, two VCAs and a Client Care Advisor as we grow
We’re looking for someone who
- Is a qualified RVN
- Has strong clinical foundations
- Communicates calmly, clearly and kindly
- Enjoys supporting and guiding others
- Takes pride in doing things properly
- Wants to help shape a growing independent practice
