ClickHouse is focused on growing a vibrant user community and becoming a cloud-first company. We are looking for an experienced Regional Vice President (RVP) to lead and scale our business across UK and Northern Europe. This is a critical leadership role responsible for building and developing a high-performing sales organisation, accelerating adoption of ClickHouse Cloud and open-source ClickHouse, and expanding our customer and user footprint across the region.
This is an exciting opportunity to join ClickHouse during a period of rapid growth and play a key role in shaping our regional go-to-market strategy, customer relationships, and sales culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and drive revenue growth across UK & Northern Europe, leading the regional sales strategy and execution.
- Build, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives, setting clear expectations around pipeline generation, deal execution, and forecasting discipline.
- Identify, nurture, and close opportunities across both short-term Cloud contracts and longer-term committed spend arrangements.
- Partner closely with Solutions Architecture, Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to deliver cohesive, value-driven customer engagements.
- Evangelise ClickHouse’s vision, positioning, and innovation across customers, partners, and the broader regional ecosystem.
- Establish strong executive relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM hygiene, with consistent monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Drive regional presence through user and developer community engagement, including meetups, events, and strategic field activity.
- Operate as a hands-on leader in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, balancing strategic planning with deal-level involvement when needed.

What You Bring
- Proven experience leading sales teams in Cloud, Infrastructure, or Data software environments, ideally across a multi-country or regional remit.
- Strong background in cloud SaaS and modern consumption-based business models; experience with open-source software is highly desirable.
- Track record of building pipeline, closing complex deals, and delivering predictable revenue growth.
- Ability to align ClickHouse Cloud solutions to customer business needs, technical requirements, and long-term success.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presence, with the ability to influence both internally and externally.
- Strong business acumen, forecasting discipline, and comfort operating in ambiguous, scaling environments.
Bonus Points For
- Experience selling data analytics, observability, or developer-focused platforms.
- Exposure to GenAI or AI-native companies and use cases.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building teams and regions from early stages.
- Experience working remotely within a globally distributed organisation.
Compensation
For roles based in the United States, the typical starting salary range for this position is listed above. In certain locations, such as the San Francisco Bay Area and the New York City Metro Area, a premium market range may apply, as listed.
These salary ranges reflect what we reasonably and in good faith believe to be the minimum and maximum pay for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation may be higher or lower than the amounts listed, and the ranges may be subject to future adjustments.
