An exciting position has arisen for an RWE Expert to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in the Berkshire area. This role offers the flexibility of remote working and is a contract for a minimum of 6 months. As an RWE Expert, you will have the unique opportunity to design and execute a diverse range of global real-world evidence (RWE) projects, contributing to informed and strategic decision-making both internally and externally.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Your duties as the RWE Expert will be varied, however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- As the RWE Expert, you will execute RWE studies on time and within budget, utilising a range of methodologies such as epidemiology, natural history, and real-world effectiveness.
- As the RWE Expert, you will lead secondary data use studies, including complex and high-profile projects, and represent RWE on primary data collection study teams.
- As the RWE Expert, you will collaborate with external vendors, medical experts, statistical teams, and RWE analysts to develop and execute study protocols and statistical analysis plans.
- As the RWE Expert, you will interpret and communicate study results internally and externally, advocating for scientifically sound methods and suggesting fit-for-purpose methodologies and data sources.

Role Requirements
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the RWE Expert, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
- Proven industry experience in successfully delivering RWE projects using primary or secondary data.
- A working knowledge and practical experience with collaborative studies involving academic groups or key opinion leaders.
- Relevant degree in epidemiology, outcomes research, or a related field.
