Location: London
Programme Structure: 3 years total:
- First 24 months: Five rotations across our London tax specialist areas
- Final 12 months: Secondment within your chosen practice
Qualification Path
- Years 1–2: ATT
- Year 3: CTA or RICS (as a Consultant)
About The Programme
Our Tax Graduate Scheme is designed to give you comprehensive exposure across five of our specialist London tax practices:
- Corporate Tax
- VAT Consulting
- Employment Tax
- Property Tax
- Tax Technology
Over the course of the programme, you will rotate across five specialist tax areas, building strong technical foundations while gaining insight into where your interests and strengths lie. From day one, you’ll work on real client projects and develop a clear understanding of how tax supports business strategy.

You’ll also work with AI and emerging technologies that are transforming how tax is delivered using data, automation, and digital tools to drive smarter, more efficient client outcomes.
What You’ll Experience
Corporate Tax
Work on compliance and advisory matters, including tax computations, structuring, and planning opportunities for both UK and multinational groups.
VAT Consulting
Advise clients on indirect tax matters, from compliance and reporting to managing VAT risk and navigating complex cross-border transactions.
Employment Tax
Assist clients with employment-related tax issues including share schemes, benefits, global mobility, and PAYE compliance.
Property Tax
Contribute to property tax compliance and advisory services, including valuations, appeals, relief identification, and strategies to reduce real estate tax liabilities.
Tax Technology
Work with specialists who design and implement technology-enabled tax solutions. Support automation initiatives, data analysis, process improvement, and the integration of AI-driven tools to transform tax compliance and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance: Prepare tax computations and returns, ensuring accuracy and delivering high-quality outputs for clients.
- Advisory: Assist in identifying tax planning opportunities, managing risk, and supporting business structuring projects.
- Technology & Innovation: Contribute to technology-enabled tax solutions, leveraging data analytics and AI tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Client Work: Collaborate with senior team members on live assignments, gaining exposure to diverse industries and business models.
- Analysis: Research legislation, interpret technical guidance, and contribute to client-ready advice.
- Study: Work towards professional qualifications such as ATT (Association of Taxation Technicians) and/or CTA (Chartered Tax Adviser), supported by structured study leave and mentoring.

Education & Experience
- Minimum 2:1 degree (or predicted 2:1) in any discipline.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine interest in tax, business, and how regulation impacts organisations.
- Curiosity about technology, data, and the use of AI in delivering business outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build professional relationships.
- Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to take ownership of your development.
- Commitment to completing professional qualifications (ACA and/or CTA).
