Senior DevOps Engineer
The Senior DevOps Engineer will lead infrastructure, platform, and operational strategy for a fast-growing scaleup.
- The Senior DevOps Engineer will be key to the ability to ship features fast, maintain customer trust and scale the platform.
- The Senior DevOps Engineer will scale systems, internal tools, processes and platform reliability teams.
- The Senior DevOps Engineer will build a world-class function to support rapid multi-product growth.
- The Senior DevOps Engineer will set technical direction and standards for cloud, infrastructure and deployment practices.
- The Senior DevOps Engineer will oversee the design of CI/CD pipelines, cloud architecture and automated deployments.
- The Senior DevOps Engineer will balance technical debt, infrastructure investment and commercial urgency.
- The Senior DevOps Engineer will identify and remove bottlenecks that could slow delivery, velocity or growth.
- The Senior DevOps Engineer will drive automation and monitoring across infrastructure, applications and services.
- The Senior DevOps Engineer will collaborate with Engineering, Product and Customer teams to align operational capability.
- The Senior DevOps Engineer will foster a culture of ownership, low ego, experimentation and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Proven experience of leading DevOps in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, and in particular AWS.
- Very familiar with containerisation, orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker) and CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, observability and infrastructure as code.
- Track record of building automated, resilient, scalable systems under high-velocity conditions.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to inspire high-performing teams.
