Lancashire Constabulary Driver Training Staff Member
Lancashire Constabulary is seeking a motivated and professional Driver Training Staff Member to support the delivery of high-quality driver training to police officers and staff across the force.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering training against the standards and competencies highlighted within the NPCC/College of Policing Driver Training Learning Programme
- To work in partnership with other parties and agencies.
- To evaluate all course material in design and delivery.
- To carry out any other duties which are consistent with the nature, responsibilities and grading of the post.

Skills and Experience
- Current or recent evidence of a police advanced driving permit
- Police Driving Instructors Qualification
- DVSA Approved Driving Instructor or willing to work towards and complete within 12 months of starting in post
- Level 3 Assessing in the workplace qualification or equivalent
- Trainer Essentials Programme qualification or equivalent
