S/4HANA Programme Manager - Hybrid - Contract
The S/4HANA Programme Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, ensuring objectives are achieved on time, within budget, and aligned to business strategy. The role provides overall programme leadership, governance, stakeholder management, and coordination of internal teams and external delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA programmes from mobilisation through to go-live and hypercare.
- Establish programme governance, plans, reporting, and controls.
- Manage programme scope, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including executive sponsors.
- Coordinate business and technical workstreams, implementation partners, and third-party suppliers.
- Ensure delivery aligns with SAP Activate methodology and organisational standards.
- Oversee cutover planning, deployment activities, and transition to support.
- Drive business readiness, change management, and benefits realisation.

Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA delivery methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in Telecommunication, and / or managing TCS as the SI an advantage.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional programmes and vendor relationships.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong programme governance, financial management, and risk management capabilities.

Qualifications:
Essential
- Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Programme or project management certification (e.g., MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or PMP).
Desirable
- SAP Activate Project Manager certification.
- SAP S/4HANA certification.
- Experience with RISE with SAP and agile delivery approaches.
