Location: London Bridge, London (Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office) Salary: £50,000 - £80,000 + Uncapped Commission + Benefits
Are you a high-performing SaaS sales professional with experience selling into larger organisations?
We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join a growing software business and play a key role in driving new revenue across mid-market and enterprise clients. This is an opportunity to work with senior decision-makers, build strategic relationships, and lead complex sales engagements within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new business opportunities with larger organisations. You'll manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to negotiation and close, while developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and win new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate pipeline and revenue growth.
- Engage with senior stakeholders including C-suite executives and department leaders.
- Manage the full sales process from discovery through to contract negotiation and close.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and commercial presentations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, customer success, and leadership teams to maximise growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs.

Essential Experience
- Proven track record in SaaS, software, or technology sales.
- Experience selling into larger organisations, mid-market, or enterprise customers.
- Strong new business development and account acquisition skills.
- Demonstrable success managing complex sales cycles.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Commercially focused with a driven and results-oriented approach.

Desirable
- Experience engaging with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
- Background in solution-based or consultative sales.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
