Delivery Recruitment Consultant

SaaS | Go-to-Market Recruitment
Remote (UK) or Manchester Office
£30,000–£32,000 Basic + Placement Bonuses

The Opportunity

Our client is a specialist SaaS and technology recruitment agency recruiting across Sales, Customer Success, and Product functions. They're looking for a Delivery Recruitment Consultant to support the Directors and growing recruitment team by identifying and engaging outstanding candidates for live vacancies.

This role would suit someone who enjoys candidate management, sourcing, and relationship building without the pressure of business development.

The Role

Working alongside experienced consultants, you'll be responsible for finding and qualifying high-quality candidates across SaaS and Go-to-Market recruitment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
  • Headhunting passive talent
  • Interviewing and qualifying candidates
  • Managing recruitment processes
  • Building talent pipelines
  • Producing candidate shortlists
  • Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
  • Supporting consultants on retained and contingent assignments
  • Keeping candidate records updated

Typical salary levels range from £50,000 to £120,000.

What They're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Previous recruitment experience within SaaS or technology recruitment (this is essential).
  • A strong understanding of SaaS, technology, and Go-to-Market roles, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
  • Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
  • Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate management skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • A proactive approach and genuine passion for building talent pipelines.

This role is not suitable for someone looking to move into SaaS or technology recruitment from another sector. You'll already understand the market, the terminology, and the types of candidates and clients you'll be working with.

Salary & Benefits

  • £30,000–£32,000 basic salary
  • Placement bonus structure:
    • £250 for your first placement
    • £500 for your second placement
    • £500 for every placement thereafter
  • 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
  • Christmas shutdown without using annual leave
