Wundertalent is one of the most recognised recruitment brands in the SaaS space. We've built a reputation that speaks for itself, earning our place among the most searched and trusted SaaS recruitment agencies in the UK.
We work exclusively within the SaaS ecosystem, partnering with high growth startups and established scale ups to place exceptional people across GTM, Customer Success, Product, and Tech functions. We're not generalists who dabble in SaaS. This is all we do, and we do it better than almost anyone.
We're growing, and we're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join the team and own a desk within the SaaS market. You'll focus on one of our core verticals, GTM, Customer Success, Product, or Tech, and you'll have everything you need to build something genuinely impressive.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
