As we continue to expand across the UK, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Executive who is passionate about technology, hospitality, and building strong business relationships.
The Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with hospitality operators, and drive the adoption of Dacy.ai's restaurant technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, software sales, hospitality technology, POS systems, digital marketing, or restaurant operations. Existing connections within the hospitality sector would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage restaurants, cafés, takeaways, hotel restaurants, and hospitality groups across the UK.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, cold outreach, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations for Dacy.ai solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships while understanding operational challenges and business goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing deals and onboarding clients.
- Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and pipeline progression within CRM systems.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and hospitality industry functions when required.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, restaurant technology, AI developments, POS systems, and digital marketing innovations.

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, software sales, hospitality sales, or technology solutions sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to confidently engage with business owners, restaurant managers, and decision-makers.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Right to work in the UK.
Preferred Experience (Advantageous but Not Essential)

- Previous experience selling software, SaaS, POS systems, restaurant technology, AI solutions, or digital marketing services.
- Existing network or contacts within the hospitality, restaurant, or food service sector.
- Understanding of restaurant operations, inventory management, reservations, online ordering, or customer engagement systems.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Go High Level (GHL), HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
- Familiarity with productivity and project management tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Trello.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, or similar prospecting platforms.
