SaaS Sales Graduate at FirstMind

Your mission

We are looking for a goal oriented and people-driven person to join our team in London, where you will be responsible for helping large and small organisations to achieve their targets with and through their employees.

As an employee in FirstMind, you learn to master understanding behaviour, coach, mentor and guide companies to succeed. You must therefore be able to sell by and through understanding the potential and challenges of leaders, managers and employees. You must be passionate about helping others make better people decisions now and in the future.

As a SaaS Sales Graduate at FirstMind you will be a crucial part of the entire sales journey from start to end - from lead sourcing, nurturing and selling through 1:1 development conversations with people in large and small businesses. You will be analysing and understanding talent profiles, educating and ensuring that our clients succeed in understanding their employees, so that they achieve the best possible outcomes in their organisation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Arrange personal 1:1 feedback sessions, intro-calls and help people to act on their psychological homefield.
  • Selling the value of how companies can create far better results through deep insights into their employees
  • Coach and guide people to perform at their absolute best, by identifying their talents
  • Create powerful results for businesses and organisations through personal development and team workshops
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with clients/consumers and understand their day-to-day challenges
  • Enhance FirstMind's materials and learning platforms to help companies succeed with the tool

  • Experience and keen interest in psychology, recruitment, behaviour, sales and coaching
  • UK, US or EU work permit
