About the Role Reporting to the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager, this role is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience, meeting sales targets and maintaining the highest levels of store presentation. About You Customer service experience (in a retail environment would be advantageous) A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships An obvious love for fashion, styling and trends within the industry Thrive on team work and collaboration Are goal orientated and motivated to achieve store targets and KPIs Ability to prioritise tasks and expectations Impeccable personal presentation Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer-focused service, ensuring seamless transactions. Consistently strive to meet store and individual productivity targets Become an expert in product knowledge, fabrication and personal styling to enhance the customer experience Stay informed about the latest products, enabling you to share valuable insights with customers. Contribute to the efficient operation of the store by effectively managing stock and implementing loss prevention measures. Maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand's image.
